Lives and works at Knight Stainforth Caravan Park nr Settle, Yorkshire Dales
Born and bred in the dales, and a die hard Yorkshire man. Until 2006 i was a couch tatty and decided to loose weight after a small (no more kiddies) operation. I have never looked back and have lost over 5 stones. I lost most of my weight through Mountain Biking and this is still my preferred  mode of propulsion.....
